Q1) How do I place an order?
Impt Info: Minimum purchase amount is $8 excluding postage fees.
Step 1: Please click on "Place Order" button to place your order.
Step 2: Once i receive your order, I will send you a confirmation Whatsapp message to make payment via PayNow. Pls make payment promptly, if no payment is made within 6 hours, your order will be cancelled.
Step 3: After i received your payment, I will send you an acknowledgement and will proceed to pack your order. I will upload the tracking number onto the website and send you the picture of the parcel before sending out.
Q2) What payment methods do you accept?
I are sorry to inform you that I can only accept PayNow or PayPal due to the fact that I am not a registered business entity. Instructions for PayNow payment will be provided upon checkout.
Q3) Shipping and Handling Policy
1. All orders are shipped via SingPost tracked mail to letterbox. Estimated delivery time is around 3 to 5 working days. You can track your package with the tracking number on SingPost Track Item website.
2. Orders made before 12noon will be processed on the same day. Orders made after 12noon will be processed on the next working day.
Q4) Card Condition and Handling Policy
1. The condition of the card is subjected to our own judgement. We cannot guarantee the product to be in pristine condition. Therefore, please expect minor defects such as (1)Off-Centering, (2)whitening, (3)edgewear and (4)foiling. Please do not purchase if you are expecting a product with zero condition issues. However, we will always try to provide the product with the best condition as stated above.
2. For foil cards, they will become warped/curved after some time due to our country high humidity environment. If you are concerned with this issue, please do not purchase foil cards.
3. Your order will be protected with necessary materials such as (1)Top-loaders, (2)Plastic wrappers, (3)energy cards, (4)cardboards. However, please note that the amount of fillers used will depend on the value of the product subjected to our discretion.
